What I've found is tactics and specific advice are pretty much useless. I'm concerned with systems and broad guidelines. For example, I don't worry a lot about my exact diet. Enough people had "bad" diets but lived a long and happy lives. My grandfather is one. When I asked him about the key to living a good life, he said the most important thing for him was consistency. To me, that's the stuff that matters the most. So I now look at life like an iceberg. We always see the surface but there's always more below the surface.
