Lockdowns in review: Bad for stopping virus -- No sign of "2nd wave" in countries already open

They have already been in phase one for quite some time and have not seen a resurgence of hospitalizations or new cases overall. Their elementary schools reopened on May 11, and there have been no problems. We're seeing this throughout Europe and in states like Florida, Georgia, and Texas. There is no resurgence in hospitalizations. On Monday, even the director of health at the World Health Organization, María Neira, is now beginning to rule out a mass second wave. In fact, Switzerland is doing so well that they announced they will reopen all outdoor zoos and pools, all businesses, high schools and allow all gatherings up to 300 people.
